Strawberry Banana Ice Cream / Yogurt

Strawberry Banana
Ice Cream / Yogurt

Depending on what mood you are in
you can keep the fruit really cold for an ice cream consistency or let it sit for a while for a yogurt consistency!

What you need:
*3 Bananas*
*Handful of Strawberries*
(Add more strawberries if you want a stronger strawberry flavor)
*A little bit of water*
*Coconut and strawberries for the topping*
(Or whatever you like best (: !)

*****Cut the Strawberries and Bananas small before you freeze them... mine were way to big and wouldn't blend...
SO I added some regular strawberries and bananas and water to help the frozen ones blend.*****

Once your Ice Cream or Yogurt is blended pour it into a dish, add on toppings, and dig in!!

This recipe will make quite a bit of Ice Cream so I made some for the kids !!

EAT UP!

Orange Cacao Dream Pudding

Orange Cacao Dream Pudding

It is FINALLY nice out !!!! Yahoo :)
I was surfing the "inter-web" and found this strange yet intriguing recipe!!!!

I was planning on working out before going to work but I HAD to make this ...
SO looks like I will be working out later tonight instead :)

"My Rotty Laila posing for the camera!"

I will tell you....
The ingredients in this pudding are a bit strange,
but the taste will blow you away!!!!

What you will need:
*Vitamix Blender*
*1 Medium Avocado*
*1/2 of an Orange and the other half for the decoration*
*Some orange zest (the peel)*
*2 Tbsp of Cacao Power*
*2 Tbsp of Maple Syrup*
*2 Medjool (pitted) dates*

Throw all of the ingredients together into the blender
 and mix it all up!!

*Optional*
Once I was done mixing the pudding I put it into a plastic bag cut the tip and squeezed it into my fancy dancy cup!!
(It ended up getting on the sides of the cup anyway so I wouldn't waste your time ahaha) :(

I put an orange slice at the bottom so when the pudding
sits in the fridge it can keep soaking up the delicious orange juices!!!!

Once you get all the yummy pudding into the cup, use a spoon to spread it out !!

I was rummaging through my moms drawers in the kitchen and came across these brilliant glasses!
(They are for her alcohol ahaha but they work for pudding too!)

For the Toppings:
*Slivered Almonds*
*Orange Zest (is the peel)*
*Anything else you think would taste good*

WALAAAAAA!!!!! My DELISH pudding!!

The best way to eat this pudding is COLD!! It gives the ingredients time to sit and soak in all the flavor !!!!
*Leave it in the refrigerator for at least an hour*
Mine is waiting for me after work :)

NOT only do I think this pudding rocks but so do my pups ahah

My AHHHH HAA moment :)

Banana / Blueberry Popsicle Pop's

After I poured my Blueberry / Banana "ice cream sauce" on my Banana split
Recipe below:
Banana Split

I realized I had quite a bit left!!

I THOUGHT ABOUT IT

...............

thinking thinking thinking thinking
............

making a smoothie, using it for salad dressing, and even using it for dipping sauce!
Then I had an AHHHH HAA moment!

********************
POPSICLES !

********************
My mom bought me a cup cake pop kit and I have been thinking to myself
HOW am I going to use this!?!

With some research I learned I can make "date" cupcake pops so that will be perfect!!
BUT
my creative juices started flowing and I thought to myself
a popsicle sounds amazing!

And this is what I created :)

THE STEPS TO THESE DELICIOUS BANANA / BLUEBERRY

POP'S:

1) Pour some of the "ice cream sauce" in the tin and place them into the freezer.

2) Let them freeze (without the sticks) for about 20-25 minutes..
This should give the sauce enough time to harden a little
to be able to hold the sticks!

3)Place the sticks into the sauce and continue to let the pops harden!
About 20-25 minutes.

4) Once the pops come out, they will be frozen...
Let them sit out for a few minutes, and then if you push on them they should pop out!

*They will start to get a little mushy so I recommend to place them in a cup
and stick them back into the freezer!*

5) They should be hardened, set, and ready to dig in!

AGAIN, 100% GUILT FREE!
Enjoy :*

Do you like Pumpkin? Do you like Brownies?

PUMPKIN CACAO BROWNIES

Looking for a sweet treat? These pumpkin cacao brownies are unbelievably amazing!!!
I am not a huge fan of cacao power, which is what makes up the
brownie, but the pumpkin frosting mixed with the powder is a perfect combo!

What you will need:
*8x8 pan*
*Vitamix Blender or Food Processor*

For the Brownies:
*2 cups walnuts
*2 cups pitted dates
*1/2 tsp salt (himalayan salt)
*4 Tbsp raw cacao powder
The recipe I found called for 6 Tbsp and I used 5 Tbsp for this batch, it was still a little strong! Maybe start off with 3 and add more if needed.

Pumpkin Cacao Frosting:
*1 can of organic pumpkin
*3 Tbsp raw cacao powder
Start with 2 Tbsp...
*1/4 cup of almond butter
*3-4 Tbsp agave nectar or maple syrup to taste
*1 tsp cinnamon

For the brownies, blend all the recipes together in your food processor or vitamix blender until thick
Put the batter in your 8x8 pan, if the batter is sticky, wet your fingers
with water.

For the frosting, blend all the recipes together in your food processor or vitamix blender until it
becomes a frosting consistency.
Then frost your brownies

You can eat the brownies right after you have frosted them, but I prefer them chilled.
Put them in the fridge for about 30 minutes!

THEN GRUB :)
But remember moderation!
