LET THE JUICE FAST BEGIN!


Experiment for dinner :P

DINNER: MEAN GREEN JUICE


Mean Green Juice


INGREDIENTS:

-1 Cucumber 
-4 Celery stalks 
-2 Apples (I used 4 little ones) 
-7 Kale Leaves 
-1/2 of a Lemon 
-A Thumb of Ginger 

This made 24 oz. of juice!!




This Juice is very smooth and doesn't taste like vegetables AT ALL!!!!
Do not feel discouraged it literally is one of my 
favorite juices! The Lemon makes it sweet and taste almost like candy, SWEAR!! ahah


Juicers say to drink about 1200-1800 calories per day of Juice. Depending on your body it may be less it may be more. YOU can decide but make sure you drink enough in order to stay focused throughout your day!!!!

The Juicers also say to drink about 17-27 oz per meal!! 

For the first day I made many different kinds of juices to see what I like!!! BUT for the next days I will stick with 3 different kinds tops! (Make clean up easier)

Here are my juices for day one ENJOY!!!! They are all SUPER GOOD !

DAY 1!!!

Breakfast: GREEN GODDESS & SPRING IN YOUR STEP

                                        Green Goddess:



INGREDIENTS:

-6 Kale Leaves 
-4 Stalks of Celery 
-1 Cucumber 

This juice doesn't have a lot of taste, it almost tastes like water!
If you juice this one.. put ice cubes in it !!
SOO GOOD!!!

This made 13 oz of juice!!















Spring in your Step:

INGREDIENTS:

-5 carrots 
-4 Stalks of Celery 
-A Thumb of ginger 

This juice was surprisingly SO refreshing!!!
This may be my favorite one!!

This made 6 oz of juice!!










For breakfast I had 19 oz of juice 

Lunch: Simple Simon, Yummy Tummy & Pepper Pot 



 SIMPLE SIMON

INGREDIENTS:

-9 Kale Leaves
-4 Apples 
-1/2 Lemon 

This juice is very very sweet! If you drink this one I would recommend drinking it right after. I kept it in the fridge overnight and the potency of the lemon was CRAZY strong..
I still drank it but it wasn't my favorite

This made 10 oz!!



















YUMMY TUMMY

INGREDIENTS:

-3 Tomatoes 
-6 Medium sized Carrots 
-5 Romaine Leaves 
- 2 Cups of Baby Kale 
(I got the kale at TangleWood Farms, off Hadley Road)

The tomatoes are AWESOME!!! I was a bit grossed out with the combo but its soooo yummy :) 
*Yummy in my tummy*

This made 12 oz of juice !!










Pepper Pot

INGREDIENTS:

-4 Carrots (I used 6 littler ones)
-1 Red Pepper 
-1 Yellow Pepper 

This is my all time favorite juice.. I was skeptical but it is AMAZING!!!!! I can't even explain the flavor, you must try this one!!

This will make 12 oz of juice !!








I had 34 oz of juice for lunch and that contained about 1,165!! Kind of a big lunch!!!!



Dinner: SIMPLE GREEN & CRAZY CARROT



SIMPLE GREEN

INGREDIENTS:

-1/2 of a pineapple 
-5 Kale leaves 
-1 Cucumber 

This juice tasted just like a pineapple !!!!
You can't taste the greens at all!!
It was very refreshing :)

This made 14 oz of juice!!




CRAZY CARROT 

INGREDIENTS:

-12 Medium Carrots 
-4 Apples 
-A Thumb of Ginger 

This one is so easy to drink! Its super smooth and has a great taste!! If you were to make a big juice this would be the one to make!

This made about 12 oz of juice!!














For dinner I drank about 26 oz of juice !!!

All together for day one I drank 79 oz. of juice  !!! 

You can't drink to much juice ! You are detoxing and don't have anything to metabolize ! You can drink as much as you want guilt-free!
